BOOKING & DEPOSITS
A 50% deposit is required for boarding and overnight trial dates.
Dates cannot be held without a deposit.
The remaining balance is due at drop-off.
A signed consent form is required to proceed with any pet care.
For drop-in visits and dog walking, no deposits are required.
For drop-in visits and dog walking, a complimentary meet and greet is required.
CANCELLATIONS
I have a 10-day cancellation policy for boarding and overnight trials.
Deposits are fully refundable if 10 days of notice is given.
For drop-ins or walks, there is no cancellation fee but 12–24 hours notice for cancellations would be greatly appreciated.
BOARDING PICK-UP TIME
Boarding rates are priced per night.
Pick-ups must be by 2:00pm latest.
Pick-ups after 2:00pm will incur an extended care fee of $30/dog.
Pick-up and drop-off times must be confirmed ahead of time.
HEALTH & VACCINATIONS
For dog walks and boarding, up-to-date vaccinations are required.
Vaccinations must be given at least 7 days before the first day of service.
Proof of pet vaccination records is required.
Vaccinations records are not required for drop-in visits (without dog walks) but pets must be in good health.
BOARDING REQUIREMENTS
An overnight trial is required before a full boarding stay.
A trial is to ensure your dog will be comfortable here and that we're a good fit.
Completing a trial does not guarantee acceptance for boarding.
Pets are required to be fully house-trained.
I am unable to accommodate pets with severe separation anxiety, ongoing destructive behaviours, and/or aggression.
Any behavioural or medical concerns must be shared so I can provide the safest and most appropriate care.
