Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required for all boarding and overnight trials. Please note that half of this deposit (25% of the total booking) is non-refundable.
Securing Your Dates: Boarding dates are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received. The final 50% balance is due at drop-off or on the first day of service.
Documentation: A signed consent form is required for all pets before service can begin.
Extended Bookings: For one-time drop-ins or walks lasting 2 weeks or longer, a deposit is required to hold your spot.
Meet & Greet: A complimentary meet and greet is required for all new clients.

14 Days Notice: Half of your deposit (25% of the total booking) will be refunded if 14 days of notice is given. The remaining 25% is retained as a non-refundable booking fee.
Less Than 14 Days' Notice: Cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice will result in a forfeit of the full 50% deposit.
Walks & Drop-ins: There is no cancellation fee for these services. That are recurring, though 12–24 hours of notice is greatly appreciated. For bookings over 2 weeks that are non recurring, the same policy applies from boarding.

Vaccination Policy: Up-to-date proof of vaccinations is required for dog walks and boarding.
7-Day Window: Vaccinations must be administered at least 7 days prior to the first day of service to ensure full protection.
Drop-In Visits: While records are not mandatory for drop-in visits at your home (without walks), all pets must be in good health and symptom-free.
Wellness Requirement: For the safety of all pets, I am unable to provide service for animals showing active signs of illness or contagious conditions.

Trial Overnight: A successful overnight assessment is required before a full stay to ensure your dog is comfortable and we’re a great fit.
Requirements: I am unable to accommodate pets with severe separation anxiety, aggression, or destructive behaviors. All guests must be fully house-trained.
Pick-Up Time: Standard pick-up is by 2:00pm. After 2:00pm, an extended care fee of $30 per dog applies.
Check-In/Out: Please confirm pick-up and drop-off times in advance.

Strict Separation Policy: For the safety and comfort of all, my personal dogs are kept strictly separate on a different floor of the home, with their own space.
Guest Space: Your dog will have exclusive access to the entire main floor. Resident pets do not share rooms, toys, or common areas with guest dogs.
No Interaction: There is a zero-interaction rule between my dogs and yours to ensure a stress-free environment for everyone.
